POME does not offer subscriptions yet. Every order on this site is a one-time purchase, and nothing you buy will renew, repeat or charge you again.

Why this page exists
A subscribe-and-save option is something we want to offer, and we would rather tell you plainly where it stands than leave the question open. Recurring billing is the part of a shop most likely to go wrong in ways that cost a customer real money — a renewal that fires after a cancellation, a failed card that silently stops the order, a subscription that cannot be cancelled without emailing someone.
We are not switching it on until we have tested all of that end to end. Until then, one-time purchase is the only thing on offer, which is why you will not find a subscription option at checkout.
What you can rely on today
- Every order is charged once, for that order only.
- We do not store your card. Payment details are held by Stripe, and we cannot charge you again without you going through checkout.
- Creating an account does not sign you up for anything. It only saves your addresses and order history.
- Joining our email list is not a purchase and never becomes one. You can unsubscribe from any message we send.
What we commit to when subscriptions arrive
When we do launch subscriptions, this page will be replaced with the full terms. These are the commitments those terms will be built around, and we are publishing them now so you can hold us to them:
- Cancel yourself, at any time. From your account, in a couple of clicks, without writing to anyone and without being talked out of it.
- No surprise renewals. We will email you before a renewal is charged, not after, with the amount and the date.
- The price you signed up at is the price you pay until we tell you otherwise in advance, with enough notice to cancel first.
- Skip and reschedule without penalty. Vinegar keeps; you should not be forced to take a delivery you do not need.
- No minimum term and no cancellation fee.
- A failed payment will not fail silently. We will tell you, and give you a way to fix it before anything lapses.
