Balsamic Apple Cider Vinegar

A balsamic style apple cider vinegar, made and bottled in Oregon. This is the first release, in a 250 ml bottle.

It is a finishing vinegar rather than a cooking one. Use it the way you would reach for an aged balsamic: a small amount, added at the end, over something already cooked.

250 ml, which is 8.45 fl oz. One size only.

Storage

Room temperature, out of direct sun. No refrigeration needed.
